Zero Tolerance Policy.

Hello,

Due to many (new) users screwing up their posts and / or using advertisement overloaded imagehosts I'm forced to issue a zero tolerance policy.

Remember:
- Post complete viewable sets in any CS section
- Post movie posts in the Movies section
- Post requests in the Requests section

Here are a few basic guidelines regarding the image hosts allowed on Proving Grounds. The following is not allowed on an image or file host:

- host that opens more than 1 pop-up/under
- host that has exit pop-up/under's
- host that requires a click to see image/movie (timer is acceptable)
- host that requires scrolling to find image/movie
- host that has a layered advertisement over the image/movie
- host with spyware or badware

Anyone breaking these rules will be banned.

Can we compile a list of hosts that are deemed allowable and those that are not allowed? I believe this may clear up confusion and will allow for a more pleasant experience.
