I could not subscribed to DDFrod.com(1by-day) because CCbill.com don't accept the credit card from S.korea and blocking I.P adress of S.korea now
They don't say anything that why
If I subscribe to, I could post a lot of pics.

Way too little internet penetration and English speaking users. Further, to western companies asian, african & south american countries are known as unreliable (percentage of issues with users residing in these continents is above a certain treshold).

I suggest finding an overseas friend because I'm quite sure it may take up to 5 years before Korea will be available.
