The Fucking Cool Referral Contest

For the next week, FCS will reward posters who refer their friends. For every new user you bring to FCS, you can earn Fuck Bucks!

Here are the thresholds and rewards. Contest ends on November 27th, 2006.

1-5 referrals = 0.50 FB per referral
6-9 referrals = 0.75 FB per referral
10+ referrals = 1.00 FB per referral

The person who refers the most people by the end of this contest will also receive an additional 5.00 FB.

How do I get referrals in the first place?!
The trick is in your personal referral URL. To find out your personal referral URL, click here. If someone clicks on your referral URL, you automatically get credit if they sign up.

With your referral URL, you can get creative. For example, you could add it to your signature on another forum like this: I love the free porn I get to download at FCS!. Or, you could add the link to your AIM away message, or to your MySpace profile. Whatever you feel could get you more referrals! Use your imagination, but take heed: [h]DO NOT spam other websites.[/h] I don't want to hear about how some FCS member went off and shat all over someone else's forum. Be good!

Make sure that anyone you refer to FCS either signs up via that URL or manually enters your username on the referrer section of the registration page. If you refer someone who doesn't credit you at signup, you can't get credit for it.

Oh, one more thing. If you attempt to abuse this by registering more than one account, you will be banned. So don't do that. Thanks.

No, but you can check your UserCP to see your number of referrals.

Right now they are pretty much only good for buying avatars, custom titles, colored usernames, etc. Later, they will work with PDLs and some other things that can't be released yet.
