Are we restricted to hosting to sites like rapidshare and megaupload? If not, this website is pretty sweet. Theres no waiting, it's free, limit size is 300mb, no pop ups, and I think they're direct download links too. So could we use this site on FCS?

I don't see why not, you can use any hosting as long as its public or your own.
