Linking to off site videos/pictures

Could we please make a rule where by in the thread title it must be indicated if the thread contains a simple link to a video posted on some video site. I hate it when I'm browsing through the videos section and find something that looks promising but when I open the thread all I see is a link to some shitty video site which has a 5 minute load time, half a billion adverts, and the video only loads about 60% of the time and is never longer then 5 minutes.

These kinds of threads are ok if you are just browsing through because you are bored, but not when you are looking for something with at least some quality to it. I'm sure I can't be the only one who is annoyed by this.

It's good to know that you are suggesting many things here. It's good to try to improve forum site.

But, on the other hand, have you tried to show us how to do "good" postings or you can also continue starting even more threads criticizing posters instead of being one ? This behaviour is really annoying and discouraging, at least, for me...

I have plenty of things that I can/ will be posting, as I have done so in the past on LWS and other websites. However currently my netwrok connection is not in its most stable form and thus uploading anything other the picture files is almost impossible. Also I am switching internet provider this week and so things aren't going to be as smooth as I would like. But soon I will be contributing, you have my word for that.

Besides, I am not complaining about the quality of anything, merely suggesting a way in which browsing of the content here would be more user friendly and much easier to navigate and find what you are looking for.

I'd say that I'm all for requiring tags in thread names, as it was back in EB, it made it much faster to find somthing of a certian type.
