No avatars?

When you go into your user CP and click on the avatar section, there is no option to change your avatar? Is this supposed to be like this? If so, will the feature be enabled later on or will you have to buy an avatar with FB once its installed like on LWS?

I'll go ahead and turn on avatars for now, since all of you are technically early adopters at FCS.
