You can use winrar itself, but in my opinion, hjsplit is the easiest way to split files. If you don't have the program, just google hjsplit. You can get if for free very easily. Once you have it, just open the program, select split, tell it which file to split (there's a button next to the file to split space. hit it and it lets you browse for the file). Once you do that, go to the file output size area and type in any file size you want. then just hit split. It's pretty quick and easy. You'll be left with files ending in .001, .002, etc.
