I tried using Image Grabber on the Erica Campbell set...

I suppose it is a fairly common occurrence for images to be uploaded to a host that is not compatible with Image Grabber.
Fortunately the url's for all the images were identical other than a two digit number which I found went from 00 to 72. I used Excel to create the url's for the images. Pasted one into the sheet and used the information from that plus the two digit number to create the 73 url's with a formula for each so that I copy and paste them into a text file so that I could download the set.
I found a program yesterday called Multiple File Downloader which uses a text file containing the url's to download the file...

It is a free program. The only drawback is that for some reason I couldn't seem to exit it (could have missed the obvious I suppose). Easy to correct with Task Manager though. Having initially tried pictures 01-73 with it I got an error on the last (which prevented it ending). as it wasn't there. I downloaded picture 000 manually which took almost as long as the "automatic" download of the other 72 images.
OK, some minor problems with the program, but potentially very useful. I was able to download over 500 pictures from one site fairly painlessly with it.
