Okay so I have some tv shows and other stuff that have nudity or other sexy scenes of women. How can I cut/edit certain parts or a few minutes from these shows so that I can share them with the forum.

Trying to do this on PC running Windows XP SP2

Try Windows Movie Maker, I believe it comes standard with Windows OS'es. Otherwise you can probably download it with Windows Update. Very easy and to the point.
