how? I've never managed to do so (tried hundred times!) the one that worked were alway sooooooooooo slow :(

Well, as for the proxies... They aren't known to be fast. Try geographically closer proxies.

As for the set poster, it's actually called a pub poster, derived from the warez scene. Can't share it. Try googling for a pub poster, probably javascript file.
