PG ripper problems [Archive]

hi there

i have had a quick look round the forum but cant seem to find a solution.

has imagevue blocked Ripper or something. i try running the programand it says its downloading photos but it doesnt do anything.
Has anyone else had this problem or know what it could be?

If you're running vista you might want to run the ripper as administrator depending on the location you put the program at.

Sorry, but I'm a complete newbie and experience the same problem. I've tried to run PG Ripper as administrator on my machine, but images cannot be downloaded. This is only the case on some threads. Do I need to change the settings for these threads?

No need to change a setting. There are some people out there who put a don't put in the real link to the image, but a URL that (I think) gets them cash for everyone clicking on it. You are forwarded to the image, once you clicked on the link ... but PG Ripper is not able to bypass these URL Cash thingies and get to the image, although supposedly the latest version does ...
