I honestly cant stand death metal and black metal and all that stuff. I dont mind thrash, but that screaming shit annoys the hell outa me.

I play guitar, and I mainly like the rhythms, so obviously the old Metallica kicks ass, some Metal Church, but I too do not care too much for screaming bands unless the voice sounds good like Helloween, and Testament, but i do not:no: consider them screaming because the voice is not forced to scream. Slayer sounds forced to sound like crap:laugh: I only like the guitar intros.

Interesting, but even though they probably got it started, I wouldn't put Zepplin in the same category as Dokken and Metallica.

Big L.Z. fan, but only moderate with ACDC and Aerosmith...the others I never really developed an ear for.

My first band which Ilike is Rammstein. This music is very rhythmic. Then there are a view other Bands like Metallica or AC/DC which I like. Also I like the German band In Extremo. They sing middle-age rock.

Yeah i like that sort of stuff. Of course, i'm really into all kinds of music. Trance is another one of my faves. I also love classic rock - def leppard and boston are a couple of my favorite bands. But I like metal. Depends on the time of year, the location, and my mood (somewhat). I like Ozzy Osbourne, Atreyu, Linkin Park, Chevelle, Papa Roach, Protest the Hero, Metallica, Iron Maiden, 3 Inches of Blood, etc. Mm rammstein is great too.

just saw ac/dc in pittsburgh. BORING. turn on any classic rock station and hear the same thing. their fans are so simple to be so easily overtaken by their innuendo. i HAD to go. can't explain that, but i did. i had all you can eat and drink for free and i still didn't care. i hate to bitch about a free show but, i wasn't impressed. seems there's nothing behind their songs. Believe it or not, rock is much more that just sex, drugs and rock n roll. Led zep has a meaning(not metal). metallica has a meaning.(not the new stuff, blah). Sabbath...sabbath is not just music. sabbath is what it sounds like when satan gets pissed. ozzy is the GOD of metal and zak wylde is his protege. all metel heads hail thee OZ MAN
