Now for all you dirty minded people who though you where going to get a some porn well I got news for you.

One thing I that I have noticed on these porn forums is that the general community hardly was used because everyone is to busy looking for some free porn. Now, I am not against free porn but I feel that you should contribute to the forum a little bit then just sitting there, and looking for the next chick to box your clown to.
Now, one of the things we did at a forum I was a mod at was we started a point system for members to get passwords. The way it worked was for every post you made you where given 2 points, for every topic that was made you where given 10 points, and the crackers where given the points of sites that where bought by other members. We charged 1 point for each pass a cracker gave, and they could not charge over 10 points for a group of cracks. So, if you had 50 cracks you could only charge 10points for that group. We also made that if you gained 50,000 points you would gain access to the VIP section.
Sure we lost a few members out of it but in the long run we had a better forum because the forum was more alive with topics, and the people that where cracking where getting something in return then just a click of a thanks button.
I for one think that thanks button is stupid, and the person should have to reply instead of clicking thanks.

But yes the lack of activity has been a issue since the early beginning and we are trying all kind of actions against it.

- See the latest forum changes (http://www.pornstartime.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1399)
And we're thinking about limiting the guest access; 5 threads a day something like that and we will be going to delete all inactive accounts and zero posters.

I like the point system but for now we don't have a cracker, is that point system a Vbulletin hack? would like to know more about that it sounds good

PS; I'm going to do some changes this weekend... I'll be adding/merging/delete some subforums and I would like to have ALOT of new ideas from everyone

I have just looked all the way though your members list. and can not believe that most of the members have posted ""0"" posts at all.
It seams to me that they have looked through the forum as guests,,,, joined.. then read the rules,, then have gave up the ghost. the rest have only posted 1 to 4 threads. then they too have gave up the ghost. those who do come back only pop in for a quick look. and may be just for a quick jerk off.

To my eyes and mind, it "is"... the rules that they can not Handel, and dislike.

You cannot push people in doing things, when it is their spear time and leisurely activity time. You have to SWAY THEM CRAFTALLY.
I do see your point. only a handful of you have posted the pix sets and clips. I my self do not have any full sets of pix. only because I'm not interested in the stripping and just posing pix. much rather get straight down to the action pix. and the pix which I think merits looking at again for their nice and unusual poses.

1. let the guest rain free, it is their home leisure time.
2. do not impose to many rules on guest, or your members. they simply will not want to take part. and it looks just that way to me.
3. A friend of mine has just joined your forum. and he said. "RULES? what Rules" "ho no, I can't be bothered with all this."
Imposed Rules then, DO PUT PEOPEL OFF. And, has all ready.
ME, I'm a sticker. to see what else will come. Binxy is a stick at it. but the majority of people are not. it is up to you whether you want an exclusive forum, or an open to all, easy going forum.
some where in between would be nice. but it's just not happening at the moment.
4. RULES of Conduct "yes". Rules of holding back the goodies NO.
Point systems are for schools and children, and can be a kind of snobbery. It is not for adults with fully loaded hormones. Fun and a relaxing enjoyable forum should be the main target. it is then that you can SWAY people in to sharing their porno with the rest.
5. forget about full sets of pix, let people send in what turns "them on". and not just what us experts in porn want to see. although some full sets are a joy to look at. it seems that Binxy is looking for another exclusive forum to join. but that's not the way to go if you want an open and sharing adult community.

"Relax your Rules, and let the people relax to enjoy." after all, it is the people that your forum was conserved for, wasn't it.?
best of luck on your "Decisions". do not try to push people. just gently sway them. same as swaying a woman into bed. you can not push them. "unless of course your a rapist." don't rape the public.

I can't remember what type of forum we used but I will take a look out for it.

I didn't know you didn't have any crackers. As soon as I get sometime free from work,and away from the g/f I will see if I can get some new proxies, and wordlists.

I've never tried cracking computer code, but I have cracked most every thing else in reality and beyond. your skill wound be of merits to this forum I'm sure. and I agree with your comments about what most people want to do. IE: just looking to get free porn and to wack off. why pay, and why make the effort when it is all at hand, sort of speak!. credit to the initiative of people in finding ways to stimulate their mind. whichever way they whack it.
bring them in with free offers. and you've cracked it, and whacked it.

About the rules I had my new version ready and its going live now.. its a short version of the old rules with the most important rules.

This forum is not about posting full sets/movies its about sharing what you like, it can be 1 picture it may be over 200 it doesnt matter :-)
