New feature: Post awards

Let me introduce a new small feature; Post awards

We, the Pornstarcrew see alot of great post around but not many of them get even a bit of notice and not many users click on the thank-you button or even bother to say thanks.
So we thought it would be nice to give users/post some recognition with a award :)

I'm not sure how you're going to work these, but I'd like to nominate Pamadri. He always seems to post really large sets and deserves a little credit.

We're still not certain if we should keep this feature... because we also have the thank-you hack.

Only crewmembers can award a single post (not a user) you can view your awards in your Profile > Find all awarded posts by <username>
As for Pamadri I believe he already has 2 or 3 rewards given by me and PT :)
