Recommended: Rapidshare.com - 100MB per file - deleted after 45 days without download

www.badongo.com - 1 GB per file, no expiration time limit
www.bigupload.com - 500 MB per file, deleted after 30 days without download
www.DepositFiles.com - 250 MB per file, expiration after 90 days without download
www.MegaUpload.com - 500 MB per file, expiration after 21 days without download
www.SendMeFile.com - 100 MB per file, deleted after 28 days without download
www.SexUploader.com - 500 MB per file, deleted after 90 days without download

If you use another good host post it here so everyone can use it :)
