Most often, the models will agree to release some of the set, but not all. Usually, a "set" consists of hundreds of photos. The model and photographer, or sight admin. sit down and decide what shots they want to release. There may be way more from each set that haven't been released yet.

Usually the models do not get to choose which photos are published and which not. When they sign the "modelrelease" they also sign away the rights to make the choice. Either the photographer makes the selection first (removing the 'bad' photos) or the webmaster/editor makes the selection (picking the photos which are suitable for the site). In this case my guess is that the webmaster did not publish this photo because the site is non-nude, and that includes topless. The fact that there is no logo on that photo would appear to confirm this theory. And maybe the photographer published that photo seperately as part of his portfolio or in a blog or wherever... you may notice that the photo is a lot larger than the site versions: 1926x1536 px as opposed to 1024x768 px!!

So where did you find that photo?

They are called topless1 and topless3; so there must at least be a topless2 - but I don't have it :/

Thanks for that Nikopol !!! There were a few sets I didn't have... :)

It appears that newset 21 is identical to the old set 89. As none of the newsets have logos, and the topless pic is missing, there is a possibility that the original poster made a mistake.

The other topless photo posted in this thread is from newset 28.
