Well as this list is cp'd I would definately look at the TOS before I do any hosting, but in the case of say: a large archive of non-nude photography, it would be just fine.

I will go through it later and write allows/disallows hosting.

As a matter of fact nobody should have any room to complain, people are giving out content for free, if you do not like the host that it is uploaded to, then don't download it. PDLs are a different matter, but nobody has any room to complain when they are being given stuff for free.

I get 400 kb/s minimum from RapidShare.com - no complaints from me! My only sniggle is the imposed download limits.

The following sites are the ones from the previous lists that do not specifically disallow pornographic content (at least as far as I could find), as long as such content is itself within the realm of the law. Please note that I did not check any that give 100mb or less of storage, because really, who needs a hundred when you can get ten times as much for the same low price of zero dollars? Anyhoo, enjoy.

Very true, however as far as I remember that was posted before FB, so it no longer applies. Also I don't think that RS is low quality, it's a perfectly good host it just requires none premium users to wait. Its not like enwhore or anything which shoves half a million ads down your throat and then give you a 30 second clip of something which is such bad quality it looks like a couch fucking a table.
