At first I thought you were asking how to join the files so I created this response:
Google HJSplit and download it. Put it in the folder with the files you downloaded from Rockfort. Open HJSplit and select Join from the menu, select the first file (should be the only one available) and hit OK or whatever and wait a min. The joined file will be in the folder along with the others. Now you can delete the other smaller files and keep the joined one.
But after thinking about it I realized you're asking what to do with the ccf file, right? Read the directions below the Start Download button. You need to download and install the CryptLoad program. After that's done open the file with CryptLoad. It will ask for a location to store the files on your PC; there's 5 or 6 of them. When it's done downloading you'll have to join them (see above).

Yeah, RS deletes stuff. Mega Uplaod doesn't seem to delete; that's what I usually use. Media Fire is also good.

I've experience the forum access problem from time to time. It seems to work ok if you let all the graphics load before opening the next page. I'm guessing a glitch in the software since I've seen at least one other forum with the same problem.

I think there was a problem with the name of the folder in this zpi/rar.
But you can extract all pics you didnt get out of it, by doubleclicking on it. It will open in your pictureviewer and then you can save it to your harddrive/folder of choice.
Worked fine with me.
I forgot Windows users have probs if an archive name includes symbols like 06/26/09bec, should be 062609bec so your 'Win-rar' can read it, next time, I think, good luck..........:)

I find it so odd that people just can't accept there are all kinds of models on the net, and they all do various things.
