Global Proving Grounds Rules

Note:
It is YOUR responsibility to read, understand and adhere to these rules. If you have a problem then ask for help first, as making mistakes will probably result in you getting banned! You can post questions regarding these rules in our Problems & Suggestions section.

Global Rules

All models must be at least 18 years old
All posts must be written in English
No requests in the chatbox
No live external links in the chatbox
No large images in the chatbox
You are not allowed to insert or use any type of redirection sites or services such link protectors, url shorteners, or anonymizers in front of file host or image host links.
It is considered disrespectful to post links that were uploaded by somebody else and this behavior will not be tolerated. ***
Read and follow individual forum rule stickies before posting
Any picture thread that uses cash generating image hosts must be posted in Cash Generating Section or risk being banned!!
Image previews of downloadable videos or photos are a must or the threads will be trashed!!
Preview your post before submitting it
Make your post look as tidy as possible
Adding a space between images help to make your posts look better.

Infraction System

The following infractions are commonly issued:
- Improper Thread Title (1)
- Posting In Wrong Section (1)
- Inappropriate Language (1)
- Not Using Existing Thread (1)
- Submitting post with banned content (1)
- Using a banned host (1)
- Spamming (5)
5 points means an automatic ban
Points last forever

Banned Sites

Posting of image/video content is not allowed on sites that:
- open more than 1 pop-up/under
- have exit pop-up/under windows
- require a click to see image/movie or use a timer
- require scrolling to find image/movie
- have a layered advertisement over the image/movie
- promote spyware or any other malware
Using Linkbee, Usercash or Linkbucks will get you banned
Using Imageshack (they banned us) will get you banned
Suggested image hosts include Imagevenue and Upmyphoto
Banned image hosts include Happyupload, Cocoimage, Cocopic, Hotlinkimage and Imagebam

Avatars, Profile Pics and Signatures - Basic Rules

No animations
Follow the requirements shown below:
- No flaming, hate or racism in avatars, profile pics or signatures
- Not using one of the built-in avatars? Please DON'T just steal somebody else's!
- Never use BMP or SWF format files
Ignoring these requirements once will get you an infraction. Do it twice and you will be banned

Avatar Requirements

JPG/GIF format
Uploaded to PG server
100 x 100 pixels max
20kb max file size
No animations

Profile Picture Requirements

JPG/GIF format
Uploaded to PG server
200 x 400 pixels max
30kb max file size
No animations

Signature Requirements

JPG/GIF images + text
Images must be remotely hosted
400 x 100 pixels max
30kb max file size
No animations
1000 characters including BBCode
500 characters excluding BBCode
No HTML/PHP code

Ban Policy

Any of the following will result in a lifetime ban and an IP block:
- Posting child pornography
- Posting animal pornography
- Advertising anything not related to Proving Grounds
- Using offensive/racist language
- Disobeying any of these rules more than once
- Post links and images you didn't upload yourself. ***
Basically, if you are rude or abusive then you wont be coming back..!
